Five-Step Eating Plan
Knowing what to eat along with how much and how often can be a confusing and frustrating task. Eating the right kind of protein, carbohydrates and fats is a start to eating a healthy diet, along with drinking water, eating nuts and limiting nighttime snacking. If you are in physical therapy, your physical therapist (PT) should be talking to you about your eating habits in order to improve recovery, reduce body fat and expedite strength improvements.
