Bridge + 1 Knee Extension

When performed according to sound orthopedic and sports medicine principles, the bridge + 1 knee extension exercise can be ideal for conditions such as knee arthritis, back pain, SI joint dysfunction, obesity and many others.  If you do not have access to a leg curl machine, this may be suitable for you.  Just make sure that if you have back pain while performing this exercise, notify your physical therapist so your positioning can be altered.
