Bench Dip

When performed according to sound orthopedic and sports medicine principles, the bench dip can be ideal for conditions such as shoulder arthritis, back pain, neck pain, elbow joint dysfunction, obesity and many others.  The difficulty is keeping your shoulders back and trunk upright to allow your elbows to move back, which reduces shoulder stress while increasing demand on the triceps.
